After purchasing a basic, premium or multi-check, the report will be available instantly on the screen. A copy of the same will be sent to the provided email.
You will receive the email with the subject - Eg; “Your report for ABC123”) from support@caranalytics.co.uk. Please check your SPAM folder if you cannot locate it.
In case of a multi-check/ trade vehicle check purchase, the promo code to redeem further checks will also be sent to your email.
If you still do not get the report, please contact us. Our support team will look into the issue and personally re-send it to you.
