DVLA strictly advises not to disclose the personal information of previous keepers (like name, contact, email, address etc.)It is against the law to publish this information which applies to all vehicle check providers in the UK.
Our reports can show you how many keepers the vehicle has had and the dates of ownership change only.
You can find the names and addresses of the last two keepers in the V5C.
Still, if you wish to find the keeper's details for a legitimate reason, you must contact the DVLA directly and fill out the V888 form. Also, please note that the keeper could not necessarily be the owner. It could be a company vehicle or owned by third-party, given as a gift etc.;
